Him Lam & Tam Vu High School students have developed an innovative solution for longfin eel farming: an IoT-based water quality control system. This system addresses the challenges of maintaining optimal water conditions for eel health, with key features such as
Real-time monitoring: Sensors continuously track key water parameters such as temperature, pH, turbidity and total dissolved solids.
Automated environmental control: Based on the data collected, the system automatically adjusts the farming environment by regulating temperature, managing water flow, etc. to ensure ideal conditions for eel growth and development.
Alarm and data recording: The system records any deviations from optimum water quality, alerts the farmers and transmits data for further analysis, enabling them to make informed decisions and improve farm management.
