The Smart Medicine Vending Machine is an innovative project designed to provide convenient and accessible solutions for obtaining non-prescription medicines. Developed during the global pandemic, this machine addresses local challenges – particularly valuable in areas with limited access to traditional pharmacies.
This machine has several user-friendly features for convenient access to OTC medicines.
It offers 24/7 availability, removing the constraints of traditional pharmacy opening hours and making essential medicines available at all times.
A clear visual display on the left-hand side guides users through an intuitive selection process. After payment, the selected medication is safely dispensed through a secure tray, ensuring safe and hygienic delivery.
Built-in infrared sensors verify successful dispensing before the transaction is completed, giving users peace of mind.
In addition, the machine allows the selection of multiple medications in a single purchase, efficiently meeting different needs.
